MAXIMIZING THE POTENTIAL…
Many of our aches and pains, even low energy complaints are often a result of lifestyle habits that keep our bodies stuck in self-perpetuating patterns of pain and discomfort. When our bodies get stuck, we can get stuck in routines that undermine our capacity for movement.
At The Movement Habit, we seek to identify the patterns creating dysfunction by providing education and practical opportunity to re-pattern our movement habits into the functional movement patterns our bodies are designed to live in.

We meet you where you are whether it’s at the top of your game, in a wheelchair or anyplace in between. We will work with the needs and daily demands placed on YOUR body. Though we are essentially the same design, every body is different with a unique purpose and unique life requirements. We want you to be encouraged to inhabit the body you live in with all its quirks, strengths, weaknesses and idiosyncrasies working together to maximize YOU to the fullest.

BodyLab
BodyLab is a series of functional anatomy workshops that will take you out of the classroom chair and into your body. A class designed to recondition the body – soul (mind, will, emotions) connection, we examine the foundational anatomical design of the human body and then embark on the discovery of the unique and ever adapting version you live in!
UNWIND

A movement class designed to unwind your body from its previous activities and bring it out of a default setting into a truly neutral setting.
